A temperature and humidity chamber, also known as a humidity test chamber or environmental test chamber, is used for testing the performance of products under various temperature and humidity conditions. It can evaluate the performance and fatigue limits of products under specified temperature cycles and humidity levels. This includes tests such as high/low temperature storage, routine high/low temperature testing, alternating humidity tests, constant humidity tests, low-humidity constant temperature tests, and high-temperature/high-humidity aging tests.
Application areas:
We provide adaptability and performance reliability testing for products in the aerospace, electronics, instrumentation, medical equipment, electrical engineering, materials, components, complete systems, and photovoltaic energy sectors.
Test standards:
GB/T 2423.1-2008(IEC68-2-1); GB/T 2423.2-2008(IEC68-2-2);
GB/T 2423.3-2008(IEC68-2-3); GB/T 2423.4-2008(IEC68-2—30);
GJB360.8-2009(MIL-STD.202F);GJBl50.3-2009(MIL-STD-810D);
GJBl50.4-2009(MIL-STD-810D);GJBl50.9-2009(MIL-STD-810D)
Product features:
1. Innovative servo-controlled airflow technology and design: Energy savings of up to 45% and a lifespan extended by more than 1/3.
2. Scientific airflow design with top-mounted exhaust and bottom-mounted intake: Ensures rapid temperature and humidity stabilization and high uniformity (≤1.5℃).
3. Adaptive load control: Automatically adjusts to different thermal loads within the full temperature and humidity control range.
4. Performance surpasses various test standards, including MIL-STD, GB, GJB, JIS, JEDEC, and IEC.
5. Drip-proof design on the chamber roof effectively prevents condensation from affecting test results. Double-layered, airtight door seals prevent heat loss from the chamber.
6. The controller features multi-segment program editing and allows for quick or gradual temperature and humidity control.
