Liquid tank thermal shock test chamber

The liquid tank thermal shock test chamber is also called the immersion temperature shock test chamber. It uses a stirred convection liquid medium instead of a circulating air medium for heat transfer, so that the sample can be quickly switched in liquid tanks of different temperatures to evaluate its durability and stability in a temperature change environment to meet the harsh test requirements.

Description

The liquid tank type thermal shock test chamber uses a stirred convection liquid medium instead of a circulating air medium for heat transfer, so that the sample can quickly switch between liquid tanks of different temperatures to evaluate its durability and stability in a temperature change environment to meet the harsh test requirements.

Application areas:
Printed circuit boards, semiconductor chips, silicone rubber, ceramics, polymer materials...

Test standards:
GB/T4677-2002 9.2.1, IPC-TM-650 2.4.6,, MIL-STD-883E, MIL-STD-202G, JIS C 0025

Product features:
1.It is composed of a high-temperature liquid tank (preheating zone) and a low-temperature liquid tank (precooling zone).
2.The test switches between two independent fluid baths to achieve thermal cycle shock, and the automatic mechanical suspension moves up and down, left and right to the high and low temperature liquid tanks.
3.Provide corresponding liquid media (D02/D02TS fluorine oil, silicone oil, ethylene glycol, pure water) according to different samples.
4. Strengthen the sealing design to reduce the evaporation loss of the medium, and the efficient and practical oil separation and recovery design.
5.Comply with the US military standard MIL-STD-883E and meet the thermal stress screening test.
