WBE-LR2 / Thermal Shock Cycling Chamber (Two Chambers Mobile)

Thermal Shock Cycling Chamber (Two Chambers Mobile) : also known as a two-chamber thermal shock test chamber, achieves rapid thermal shock testing by controlling the mobile basket (test sample placement area) to quickly move between low-temperature and high-temperature chambers. It is suitable for evaluating the ability of complete products, components, parts, and materials to withstand rapid temperature fluctuations. This temperature shock test quickly assesses chemical changes or physical damage to test samples caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and can reveal the effects of single or repeated temperature changes on test samples.

Description

The 2-Zone Thermal Shock Chamber (Mobile 2-Zone Thermal Shock Chamber), also known as a two-chamber thermal shock test chamber, conducts thermal shock cycling tests by rapidly moving a mobile basket (test sample placement area) to either a low- or high-temperature chamber. This allows for rapid assessment of chemical changes or physical damage to test samples caused by thermal expansion and contraction, enabling analysis of the effects of single or repeated temperature fluctuations on test samples.

Application fields:

Semiconductor chips, scientific research institutions, quality inspection, new energy, optoelectronic communications, aerospace military industry, automotive industry, LCD display, medical and other technology industries.

Test standards:

GJB 150.3、GJB 150.4、GJB150.5、GB/T 2423.1、GB/T 2423.2、JESD22-A106B、MIL-STD-810G、MIL-STD-202G

Product features:

1. Using a two-zone shock method, the test specimen undergoes thermal shock testing by moving the test specimen up and down within a basket, minimizing the heat load during thermal shock and shortening temperature recovery time.
2. Capable of 1,000 consecutive shock cycles without defrosting, the ultra-low defrost frequency reduces waiting time and significantly improves testing efficiency.
3. Utilizing electronic expansion valve technology and an innovative control system, the product achieves energy savings exceeding 45% and extends its lifespan by over one-third.
4. The thermal shock mechanism moves within 5 seconds, complying with MIL, IEC, and JIS standards.
5. Highly specialized and professionally designed, thermal shock test chambers with horizontal basket movement, three-chamber (ventilation), and immersion shock modes can be customized to meet test requirements and specimen size.
6. Compatible with temperature cycling, thermal shock testing, thermal stress testing, and performance testing.
